Our MBBR media features a specially designed surface that enhances bio-film growth capacity. Its large specific surface area and high void ratio promote increased periphyton biomass. The unique structural design, tailored to hydromechanics, facilitates robust three-dimensional flow dynamics in water. With the incorporation of hydrophilic groups and trace elements, biofilm formation occurs rapidly within 3-15 days. The media boasts excellent impact strength and strong gas shear capacity, operates without a holder, and is easy to cure, optimizing energy and space efficiency. Constructed from carefully selected HDPE materials, it employs a specialized formula with FDA food-grade additives, including UV and hydrophilic genes.
